RM Downloads

Comments: No Comments

Each download comes in 3 different formats so that you can choose whichever you recognize or feel most comfortable with. Those formats are ZIP, 7-zip, and RAR. If you are unsure what to get, download the ZIP version because by default Windows will be able to open it. Otherwise, 7-zip and RAR files are usually smaller because they’re better compressed. Though you’ll have to download 7-zip (Open Source Software) or WinRAR (Proprietary Software) to open them.

Simulation RPG Maker 95 (SRPG95/Sim RPG Maker): ZIP | 7z | RAR

RPG Maker 95: ZIP | 7z | RAR
 # RPG Maker 95 XP (An Add-on that makes RM95 work on Windows XP/Vista/7): ZIP | 7z | RAR

RPG Maker 2000 (2k): ZIP | 7z | RAR

RPG Maker 2003 (2k3): ZIP | 7z | RAR

RPG Maker XP (Trial): ZIP | 7z | RAR

RPG Maker VX (Trial): ZIP | 7z | RAR

This extra is a patcher for RPG Maker VX to allow for usage of characters outside of the ASCII limit, in easy (2-byte Unicode). Meaning, for people less knowledgeable in this area, that it will allow you to use characters other than the standard English used characters. Including, but not limited to, the alphabet, numeric values, and language formatting characters like periods and semi-colons.

RPG Maker VX Patch (Use with care)

UPDATE!!!
I started working with RMVX again. Add this little script to your materials section to force the original font used in the Japanese release of RMVX. (I think)

Font.default_name = "UmeGothic Plus"

If I was wrong about that font. Then just go choose some other font. To put in easy, you have to do this in order to make the game cross-compatible with everyone who has RPG Maker VX installed.

I’m not responsible for anything YOU choose to download. You are the only one to blame for such actions. Regardless if you are a child, teen, or anything and you get in-trouble or some bullshit like that. You were the one who chose to download any given download in the first place. With that in mind, enjoy.

——— Update 8/2/2011
Added Adf.ly links. If you wish to not give the nice person, me, who bothered finding and storing all of these files for you; then shared them with the rest of the world, money. Then you can remove the “adf.ly/723827/” part of the URL in those links. Just keep in mind that you’re killing a kitten every time you do that.
